Refund & Return Policy

At Aona, we value our customers and want you to enjoy peace of mind when renting or purchasing our underwater scooters. This policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting our business and equipment.


1. Product Sales (New Purchases)

  • Return Window: Products may be returned within 21 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Lightly Used Products: If opened or lightly used, returns may be accepted within 14 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Defective Products: Items with manufacturer defects are eligible for repair, replacement, or full refund within the warranty period at no additional cost.

2. Rentals

  • Cancellations:
    • 48+ hours before rental: Full refund.
    • 24–48 hours before rental: 50% refund.
    • Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable, but eligible for a credit toward a future rental (valid 3 months).
  • Early Returns: No cash refunds for unused time, but store credit may be offered at Aona’s discretion.
  • Equipment Condition:
    • Customers are responsible for returning equipment in good condition.
    • Minor accidental damage: Customer pays repair costs only.
    • Severe damage, loss, or theft: Full replacement cost will be charged.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
  • Shipping, handling, and service fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional discounts, and clearance items are final sale.
  • Safety gear (e.g., snorkels, masks, wetsuits) is non-returnable once used, due to hygiene reasons.
