General Warranty Terms
AONA guarantees that under normal use, the products have no defects in material and process during the warranty period. The warranty period shall start from the date you receive it, or as otherwise stipulated by AONA.
AONA and its authorized maintenance centers only warrant products with a valid and activated certificate.
The after-sales policy applies only to AONA terminal products purchased for your own use rather than for resale.
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, use of non-original parts, or installation of other functional equipment will result in product failure and will not be covered by warranty.
