Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Aona, we strive to make purchasing and renting underwater scooters as convenient as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders, deliveries, and related services.
1. Shipping for Product Sales (Purchases)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Methods: We ship via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL) and provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and delivery method. Free shipping may be offered on promotional items or orders above a specified amount.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
2. Rental Equipment Delivery & Pick-Up
- Local Delivery: For rentals, Aona offers local delivery and pick-up services within designated service areas. Delivery fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Customer Pick-Up: Customers may pick up rental equipment at our Springfield, VA location during business hours.
- Return Responsibility: Rental equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Certain oversized or restricted items may have limited shipping options.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- For lost shipments, Aona will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims must be filed within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
